We will setup 24 hrs facilitation desk at the airport to provide following services		  
 
  • Handover Information Brochures To Each Guest.
  • Information Regarding Hotel Allocation To Be Conveyed.
  • Baggage Identification Tags Of The Concerned Hotel And Car Identification Tags To Be Attached To The Bags.
  • Arrange Exit Through VIP Gates.
  • Standby Coaches / Cars Will Be Parked At The Airport In Case Of Any Breakdown.
  • Arrange Special Immigration Clearance Desks For Delegates.

 

Manpower: Two persons at the desk and four persons outside the airport to coordinate the transfers.
