Facilitation Equipments

The conference venue is spread out in a very big area with different events in different locations. Communication plays a important role to ensure proper coordination and hence smooth running of the conference.

We will also provide the following services:
  • Message board
  • Direct telephone lines and extensions at all facilitation counters.
  • Conference program, Tours and Social events will be displayed at all hotels for each day.
